For three decades, Mt. Carmel Christian School has provided children of Christian families in western
Pennsylvania with the best of opportunities for spiritual growth and academic training. Development of
Christ-like character is the primary goal of our school. This is accomplished by a caring faculty giving God's
perspective in every aspect of education. In this day when so many of our youth are being deceived with
humanistic philosophies and evolutionary theories, the certain and stabilizing truth of God's Word is
desperately needed. Daily Bible classes and weekly Chapel time help the young people to focus on Biblical
life-guiding principles.
While our sports programs offer fun and challenging opportunities to excel physically in healthy
competition; we believe academic excellence is vital in preparing a young person for their next step in life,
